CREDITS:

The projections in this app are based on data from NOAA's GFDL-CM3 model, retrieved from NASA's NCCS Data Information Exchange THREDDS server, using the RCP8.5 projections, which show what can happen if the world doesn't take action to reduce emissions.
The sea level rise upper prediction is 2.5m(about 8ft) globally according to NASA. Even though sea level rise will vary by location this website only uses the global average. Street View image, geocoding, and elevation data come from Google. Note that sometimes Street View gives you strange pictures (such as indoor pics, weird perspectives, or no image). Try a nearby address or a landmark to get a better image.
